Following services are available with PRERANA for PLWHAs in Nepal:

1. Residential crisis care and support providing food and accommodation focusing especially to the PLWHA in Kathmandu and to those coming to Kathmandu with poor financial condition from other districts of Nepal to access treatment and have no place to stay.

2. Residential crisis care and support providing food and accommodation focusing specially to the women and children infected and affected by HIV & AIDS in Butwal and to those coming to Butwal with poor financial condition from nearby towns and districts of western region of Nepal to access treatment and have no place to stay.

3. Provide minor illness treatment on Opportunistic infection at minimum cost to needy PLWHAs

4. Hospital services to PLWHAs for CD4 count, OI treatment, PMTCT, ART

5. Hospital night attendant for needy sick PLWHA who are hospitalized and have no care taker in the hospital.

6. One-to-one counseling to PLWHAs and family counseling to families of PLWHAs.

7. Delivery Home based care services for ART follow-up, health check-ups,

8. Educate the PLWHAs and their families on nutrition, OI management, ARV adherence, co-infection management, primary health care management when doctor is not around, proper hygiene care.

• One-to-one and group counseling with current/injecting drug users and their peers and sexual partners providing information on harm reduction, abscess and over dose management, drug substitution therapy, safer injecting practices, safer sex practices.

• Primary health care services for current/injecting drug users and their peers and sexual partners.

• Provide education on prevention and awareness of HIV & AIDS/STI/drug to the current injecting drug users and community people.

• Provide referral services to current injecting drug users and community people on VCT, CD4 count, STI, Primary health care, drug treatment.
